Tania is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor under the supervision of Brandy Schumann, PhD. Tania earned her Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University where she specialized in play therapy, adolescent therapy, and family play therapy. While at the SMU Center for Family Counseling at Frisco ISD Tania experienced working with children, adolescents, families, groups, and adults with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, gender identity, attachment, and emotion regulation. Tania is currently working on becoming a Registered Play Therapist.

Tania believes growth and change can happen in a safe and secure environment. She strives to meet each client where they are at, both emotionally and developmentally. As a client, you can expect immediate acceptance, warmth, and consistency. Tania believes every individual has the capacity to become their best self.
