Lacey works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing discouragement or distress due to low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and difficult life experiences. She also works with individuals to increase their ability to self-regulate and develop healthy boundaries in all relationships.
Lacey believes that all people are capable of positive self-direction in the context of an open, accepting environment that respects individual needs while encouraging social interest. She strives to create an environment in counseling to help an individual gain insight into life’s challenges and to empower the individual to overcome their challenges.
In her free time, Lacey enjoys exploring the outdoors with her rescue dog Luffy.
