Child, Adolescent, Adult, Group, and Family Counselor
Jessica Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under the supervision of Rochelle Ritzi, Ph.D. Jessica earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, where she specialized in Family Relationships and Child Therapy. Jessica works with children and adults experiencing challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and difficult transitions. She also works within family systems to help foster connection, understanding, and healthy boundaries between children and caregivers.
Jessica believes that all people are capable of growth, and that self-exploration is a valuable journey that leads to healing. She aims to help those who feel discouraged or disconnected build the insight and skills necessary to achieve personal goals in the context of a supportive community. Jessica uses a holistic approach to create a counseling setting that is accepting and encouraging of personal development.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and walking her dog, Marshall.
